Cancellation Policy
A 30% deposit (7€ per person) is required to make a booking, and the remaining 70%(15€ per person) is due on the day of service. You may cancel your booking for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled snorkeling tour. Cancellations within 24 hours result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations within 3 hours of the scheduled snorkeling tour or no shows result in 100% service charge. You can avoid this fee by notifying us of any changes at least 3 hours before the activity.Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all additional details.
